INLCUDED IN THE DAILY RATE:   Print the Pricelist & Terms !

Transfer by road from and back to Port Elizabeth airport – 1½ hours or 150km.
The services of a professional hunter, trackers, skinners and associated staff.
Full accommodation, soft drinks, meals and laundry at the ranch.
Field preparation of the hunted trophies for collection by the client’s taxidermist.
The safari commences upon the clients’ arrival at Port Elizabeth airport and ends upon the agreed termination date stated in the contract.
All prices include 15% VAT (Value added tax).

Species fees including any wounded or lost animals as determined by the PH.
All your international travel airfares and local charter flights if required.
Rifle temporary import / export permit.
Any travel and hotel costs before or after the safari.
Trophy dip pack crate export license insurance and freight costs.
Government licenses and miscellaneous fees if and where applicable.
Medical accident and trip cancellation insurance liability cover.
Tips and or gratuities paid to the PH's and staff.

Deposit of 20% with confirmation of Safari.
Balance is payable the day before departure.
Cancellation: 120 days prior to Safari - Full refund of deposit.
  Less than 90 days - 50% refund of deposit.
Less than 30 days - no refund of deposit.
Deposits may be transferred to alternative date.
Payments by bank transfers, traveller’s cheques or cash only. Credit cards cannot be processed.
Fees payable on animals bagged or wounded.
All wounded (blood drawn) animals must be paid for in full.
Clients will at all times HUNT AT THEIR OWN RISK and will be required to sign an indemnity form.
Please note that the meat remains the property of the farm.
We endeavour to keep our prices as competitive as possible and our pricing is under constant review. For this reason, we reserve the right to change prices without notice except on confirmed reservations.
It is very important that each hunter wishing to temporarily import fire arms into South Africa should pay close attention to these requirements.
